Join our team in San Diego at King and Queen Cantina! We’re seeking friendly and organized individuals to fill the positions of hostess, bartender, and bar back, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Hostess Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests warmly

Manage reservations and seating arrangements

Keep the hostess area clean and organized

Assist with phone calls and reservations

Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards

Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal regulations

Bar Back Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory

Keep the bar area clean and organized

Help with dishwashing and glassware polishing

Support bartenders during busy periods

Qualifications:

No experience required, but a positive attitude is a must

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Some Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques (Bartender)

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
