Quesco Kitchen and Bath — www.quescocabinetry.com — is a full-service, walk-in-friendly kitchen and bath showroom located in San Carlos, CA. We specialize in high-end residential projects across Northern California and partner with a wide network of contractors throughout the greater Bay Area.

We are currently seeking a part-time Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our San Carlos showroom team. The ideal candidate is experienced with kitchen and bath design, familiar with cabinet construction, and thrives in a client-facing, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients, interior designers, contractors, and carpenters to understand project needs

Develop and present accurate and creative design solutions using 20/20 design software

Stay informed on the latest kitchen and bath design trends and integrate them into project layouts

Educate clients on the cabinet lines we carry and provide product recommendations

Prepare timely and accurate quotes and proposals for clients

Follow up with clients regarding quotes and design revisions

Qualifications

Experience in residential design and construction

Proficiency in 20/20 kitchen and bath design software

Understanding of cabinet construction and basic plumbing concepts

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Ability to interpret and prepare pricing and construction documentation
