This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a talented team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations

Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met

Handle inventory and food ordering

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation

Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
