Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, CA is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team. We are located on 8766 Holloway Dr Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Roles and Responsibilities:

in charge of coordinating and supervising kitchen staff according to food safety standards.

hiring, training and coaching kitchen staff

performing quality control on food, sauces, and bases

managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service

streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times

setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
