What You'll Do:

Prepare Organic Ingredients: Chop, slice, and prepare a variety of organic vegetables, fruits, grains, and proteins with attention to detail and hygiene.

Create Delicious Dishes: Follow recipes and daily specials to craft delicious sandwiches, salads, wraps, and more.

Ensure Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of freshness and presentation in all our offerings.

Engage with Customers: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude. Provide information about our menu and make recommendations.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the prep area and deli space clean and organized in accordance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in food prep or a deli environment is a plus, but a passion for organic food and a willingness to learn is also valued. Must be ServSafe Certified or complete the online training within 30 days.

Skills: Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes accurately.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor to ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced setting.
