Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour

Location: Cupertino, CA - Hybrid schedule

Job Description:General responsibilities we are looking for:

Experience in data mining very large data sets, high proficiency in SQL (Teradata, SQL, Oracle, or MySQL or other RDBMS).
Familiarity with database modeling, data warehousing principles and SQL
Well-rounded individual who can write code to query and transform both unstructured and structured data
Ability to work effectively with engineering partners to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirement.
Ability to guide and lead analysis and model development efforts across teams of data scientists and data engineers.
Experience designing, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting test/experiments and/or investigations
Answer complex questions using big data and clearly communicate findings to multi-functional teams for direction.
Superb communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to present results of analyses in a clear and impactful manner.
Understand algorithms (tweak them when needed) as well as infrastructure that enables fast iterations.
Experience in documenting (i.e. data schemas, compliance policies, timeline/project management and status updates)
