L1 Helpdesk Supervisor to guide and help team with triaging, managing and act on tickets based on severity• Address L1- Level user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking• Day to day troubleshooting for Incidents & Problems reported by users and timely update in the ticket logging tool• Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues• Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts• Manage Layer 2 network switches• Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity.• Handling GMail and Mailbox related issues• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions• Conduct remote troubleshooting• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs• Basic knowledge on Switch, Router and Firewall functionalities.
