  • Minimum 6+ years' of relevant experience

  • Preventive maintenance
  • Daily health check-up on datacentre components including power, temperature, network, racks, servers etc
  • GXP/GMP knowledge is good to have.
  • Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN/VOICE network related issues
    • Cisco L2/L3 switches, configuration changes, support, physical connection, and reachability, working with L2 remote support team on fixing the issue as appropriate
      • Resolve Technical Issues.
      • Apply Security Updates.
      • Assess Network Performance.
    • Cisco Router configuration, support, physical connection, and reachability, working with ISP and L2 remote support team on fixing the issue
    • Cisco Firewall physical connection and reachability, working with L2 remote support team on fixing the issue
    • Good knowledge and experience on Meraki cloud
    • Coordinate with remote L2 support on Wireless controller issue, camera, voice devices including telephones on fixing the issue
    • Provide in-depth analysis of the troubleshooting performed for any incidents/problem tickets
    • Experience in Rack and stack of the Network kits in Datacenters
    • Working experience on Structured cabling and various Network connectors
    • Experience on the latest Network technologies like Meraki Cloud, Ubiquity WIFI, etc.,
    • Carry out the configuration of routing and switching equipment.
    • Hands on experience in managing network devices like Firewalls/Switches/Routers etc.
    • Network security knowledge/ Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies
    • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
    • Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
    • Daily health check-up on datacenter components including power, temperature, network, racks, servers etc.
    • Work on new implementations as required.
    • Support customer on projects and activities other than networking in case of any critical requirements occasionally.
