Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a qualified L3 Technician to join their team for an on-site position. Responsibilities:

• Ship new computers to employees
• Able to reimage Mac laptops
• Need to have had a focus and experience in provisioning MAC laptops
• Need to lead the process
• Need to document the process
• 100% MAC Shop
• Troubleshoot Mac experience required
• Hiring around 10 people a week
• Set up new and existing users
• Receive, wipe, reimage and send out
• Troubleshoot Mac, send laptop to Apple Care for larger issues
• Use Congee to install

• Previous experience working in a tech environment
• Previous provisioning of laptops experience
• Previous MAC experience required
• Need to be efficient and proficient in troubleshooting Mac
• Experience working for a technology company
• Ability to work hours are M-F, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm
• Work quickly and independently
• Able to work fully on-site
