Job Description: Location: Manager is open to NYC applicantsOperations: Specialist will be working with Learning Operations Partner execution of day to day operations of learning programs. Specialist will also be performing operational tasks.NOTE: Please note that this is a more operational heavy position. Specialist will not be involved in content creation or making program development decisions. Therefore instructional designers, L&D Content PMs, Or Learning Creation/Teaching/Education background will not be optimal candidates.Preferred background: Learning Operations Coordinator/specialists background preferred. Someone who is experienced in coordinating new hire orientations, training/learning programs, HR/Recruiting backgrounds, event coordination backgrounds are also preferred.Title: L&D Operations Specialist II SummaryThe Learning Program Operations Specialist will work to operationalize Company Learning programs that will allow us to grow . The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. They will exhibit great communication & planning skills, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios, and able to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.Responsibilities:Partner with vendor teams to execute on day-to-day operationsInterface with your operations partner and key client partner and vendor teams to deliver on operational programsWork on short term project initiatives which can include but not limited to: LMS migration, process change requests and process documentationEstablish standardized program reporting to deliver insights Operations PartnerManage and consult on operational impacts of new programs or changes to existing programsEscalate risks and issues and collaborate with Ops partner on resolutionMake recommendations and create proposals on potential operational improvements, as well as day to day decisionsDevelop and ensure standard operating procedures are in place for programs supported by the team globallyWork closely with remote staff effectively and drive consistency of global processesExercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate actionsRequirements:Customer service, communication and cross group collaboration skillsStrong analytical and data, reporting skillsComfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast paced, ever-changing work environmentExcellent project management, process improvement, and problem solving capabilitiesStrong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects is essentialSelf-directed and work in a team environment as well as independently, with minimal supervisionAbility to work across various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaborationgSuite and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) (Ability to create macros, pivot tables, vlookup, analytical capabilities and work books).Able to work in a team environment as well as independently, with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:Data analysis acumenProject Management (PMP / PMI) certificationExperience in L&D Program OperationsExperience managing an outsourced vendor relationshipSalesforce, Workday and LMS experience5+ years of experience in either L&D or HR OperationsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalentComments for Suppliers:
