Landscape maintenance with housing too!

This would be part time, but also include a place to live. We have a nice 28' travel trailer with pop-out on a farm in the SW area of chico. Beautiful views, large garden area and lots of lawns to mow. We have a riding mower.

Our current tenant is moving closer to his kids.-A perfect guy to be our neighbor and helper. He paid $700/mo for the trailer but always made more than that doing the maintenance around here. We paid $25/hr for the work. No equipment needed, but a good amount of "handy man" qualities is a must. Feeding horses through the winter is needed, which is about half an hour each evening. Having some horse savvy is good too. Fixing sprinklers, trimming the many fruit trees, driving our tractor with a large mower on it, etc too.

The place has lots of room to park a car, is behind locked gate and only orchards around us. It's clean and neat. Lots of fruit trees, room for a large garden if you want to do that. Beautiful views. Some orchard noise at times, but other than that its very quiet.
