Lassens - Store Manager (SLO)

Lassen’s Store Managers are responsible for all store operations. They train and develop Department Managers and their Teams and provide comprehensive, continuous support in accordance with Lassen’s operational systems and policies. They possess a complete understanding of these operational systems and policies how they are successfully utilized. They execute, enforce, and build upon these operational systems and policies in cooperation with Lassen’s HR and Admin Team. They assist in the resolution of problems and the development of opportunities. They consistently demonstrate a positive attitude, the highest quality customer service skills, problem solving skills, and communication skills. They possess extensive product knowledge and share that knowledge with passion and enthusiasm.
