Lead Carpenter

Hiring: Lead Carpenter – Custom Builds/Remodels/Renovations

We’re a well-established, detail-driven custom home builder and renovation company looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to bring high-end residential projects to life from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform advanced carpentry: framing, finish work, siding, stairs, cabinetry, custom millwork, windows, doors, built-ins

Read and interpret architectural plans

Lead structural modifications and layout work

Concrete forming for footings, slabs, and foundations

Lead and manage a crew of carpenters and apprentices

Coordinate day-to-day site work, subcontractors, tools, and materials

Maintain quality standards and site safety

Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and trades

Requirements:

Minimum 5 year’s experience in residential construction, with focus on custom homes and full-home renovations

Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry, concrete forming, and layout

Strong crew management and mentoring experience

Ability to solve problems in the field and adapt to changes

Can read blueprints and build to spec with precision
