Join our team as a Lead CT Technologist at Scripps Green Hospital and work with this energetic and respected team to provide care to our charming coastal community. In this role you will provide guidance and oversight to ouremployees that make up this dynamic department. The ideal candidate has strong angiography experience, a positive attitude, and is eager to lead by example in order to provide exceptional care.

The Lead CT Tech is responsible for providing age specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. They will adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements, participate in Quality Control and Process Improvement activities, and maintain their own clinical competency and mandatory requirements. The Lead CT Tech functions as liaison between state and federal agencies for licensure, certification, and QA requirements for the entire CT department, and maintains all records as needed to verify that regulations are being maintained at all times. They are also responsible for charge reconciliation audits for procedures performed in CT department.

This position is full-time (80 hours per pay period) and is located at Scripps Green Hospital.

  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
  • CRT
  • Venipuncture
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
