It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager, preferably with a background in Payments or Fintech to lead the continued enhancement of our existing payment offerings that include Inter-FI transfers and consumer lending payments. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, shape product strategy and expand your experience in the evolving Payments landscape.In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of digital payments solutions for the assigned line of business
Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in digital strategy for payment product/functionality/experience requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, design and operations to develop and deliver high-quality payment products
Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on product enhancements to optimize user experience and business outcomes
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in payments technology and Big Banks
Conduct user acceptance testing of product features before promoting to customers
Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in leading product management for high visibility products with millions of users
Deep experience in Product Development preferably with Payment products and processing, including various payment methods, networks, and compliance requirements
Defining, building towards, and launching MVPs that turn into successful products
Ability to communicate strategies and trade-offs to multiple levels of stakeholders and within development teams
Experience defining product KPIs and success metrics
Expertise establishing and developing strong working relationships with all levels of team members and external parties, while maintaining appropriate levels of objectivity to their work
Experience delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment
Strong technical knowledge and depth necessary to propose and influence new product and feature ideas

This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position. Must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, New York, NY or San Francisco, CA approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range:
Charlotte, NC: $96,600 - $171,800
New York, NY: $115,900 - $206,100
San Francisco, CA: $115,900 - $206,100
