Lead Front End Developer with UX

A growing financial company operating within the content creator space is looking for a Lead Front End Engineer with an eye for design. Currently, the company provides funds for creators to operate their current projects, in exchange for the rights to their backlog videos. This Lead Front End engineer will develop and maintain various creator tools rapidly and effectively using modern web technologies such as React, Redux, and TypeScript. An excellent candidates should have a passion for solving complex problems and an outstanding websites or portfolios. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience using modern web technologies like React, Redux and Typescript
• Develop deep understanding of their users and needs to better create tools being built.
• You don't need a full spec to build something
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX and design trends
• Ability to communicate patterns and best practices
• Strong communication and oral skills

• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
