Lead Network Engineer

Job Description: Under the direction of the Associate Director of Network Engineering and Operations, the Lead Network Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and providing technical leadership for solutions to support the Information Technology Solutions organization. The Lead Network Engineer is also responsible for designing, deploying, and providing technical leadership to all Network Engineers, Network Administrators and Infrastructure Engineers. Responsibilities include managing wired and wireless networks, installation and configuration of all network equipment (traditional network and telecom specific) equipment, monitoring Internet, CO and Wide Area Network (WAN) connections, investigating and deploying new technology, monitoring network usage and security logs, and responding to critical incidents. The maximum annual budgeted salary for this position is $131,100.
