Lead PeopleSoft Developer

Key Personnel to provide Technology Analyst support to assist throughout the project lifecycle of requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and data analysis of technical projects.Our Client seeks one (1) Technology Analyst to administer IT projects and provide coordination functions needed with the various partners and vendor participants in the Virtual Customer Service Center and Voice-to-Text Translation programs.The position will provide business, technical, and data analysis, and support throughout the project lifecycle; including user research, requirement analysis, documentation, content management, testing, and assisting with required reporting and related project activities. Provide business and technical subject matter expertise for multiple technology projects in support of the application, and service deployments in conjunction with a team of managers, developers, analysts, vendors, executives, IT staff, and partners.Job Title:

• Must know all modules of PeopleSoft HR in both classic and Fluid Technology and have a high proficiency in coding enhancements with specific proficiency in PeopleSoft Time & Labor.
• This position requires knowledge in Fluid technology with the ability to train/lead other developers in Fluid enhancements in our in-house system. The ability to train and routinely provide knowledge transfer to our developers in Fluid is a requirement. Assisting our developers to become self-sufficient in Fluid technology over the contract year is a requirement.
• The candidate will have knowledge or ability to work with PeopleSoft 9.2, and PeopleTools 8.59, troubleshooting routine bugs and/or those created by PUM upgrades. Will need to have knowledge of PeopleSoft using Oracle 12c and/or upgrading to Oracle 19c.
• Good written and verbal skills with all levels of staff are a must.

• Past experience with PeopleSoft ePerformance module and expertise with PS query report building is desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills within the PS environment
