Lead Product Manager

Mandatory skills
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a product/solution manager in the last seven (7) years facilitating product-vision alignment and strategy to meet project goals for projects involving legacy system transformation to modernized platforms and products
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years acting as champions of stakeholders to align and meet stakeholder objectives on IT project(s)
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years optimizing workflow velocity, working with end users to create user-centered service delivery on IT project(s)
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years managing the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of one or more digital products/platforms on IT project(s)
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years working as a Product Manager on IT projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), using the principles of design thinking and lean/Agile software delivery, engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years leading teams using standard project and program management processes on projects involving Agile product delivery

  • Proposed staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
  • Proposed staff must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience of working as a Product Manager on one (1) or more government projects.
  • Proposed staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Functional Lead with a technical background in creating technology integration solutions.
  • Proposed staff must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading Release Management activities.
  • Proposed staff must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience authoring or contributing to the development of at least two (2) IT procurements of $2,000,000 or more.
  • Proposed staff must have an additional two (2) years of experience as a product/solution manager in the last seven (7) years facilitating product-vision alignment and strategy to meet project goals for projects involving legacy system transformation to modernized platforms and products.
  • Proposed staff must have an additional two (2) years of experience in the last seven (7) years managing the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of one or more digital products/platforms on IT project(s).
  • Proposed staff must have an additional two (2) years of experience in the last seven (7) years working as a Product Manager on IT projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), using the principles of design thinking and lean/Agile software delivery, engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.
  • Proposed staff must have a Certification in Product Management or as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from a recognized institute; a copy of the certification must be provided.
  • Proposed staff must have an Agile certification from a recognized institute, either:
    • Certified SAFe Agile Software Engineer
    • or Certified SAFe Architect
