The SF Fed Financial Management team is looking for a Lead Project Analyst to support a team focused on finance transformation. Reporting to the Manager Business Operations Financial Management, help the group become a premier finance organization: support optimization of a new Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP), accelerate the group's digital transformation, help reskill workforce, and shape the future of finance.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as the Financial Management group subject matter expert on integrations and stand-alone technologies such as DocuSign and Workiva Wdesk supporting the financial transformation journey. Activities include functional expertise, administrative application support, data and analytics, and application testing, among others.
  • Act as continuous improvement specialist to seek efficiencies in financial and procurement related business processes in line with technology enhancements.
  • Build skills inventories, identify skill gaps, and support staff to up-skill and re-skill so our workforce can help us achieve the next level (e.g. development and goal setting support).
  • Back up Financial Management leads responsible for managing and supporting ERP Workday Adaptive and SAP Ariba.
  • Provide management with financial analyses for timely and effective decision making. Generate data analytics for and/or assists in establishing major financial objectives and policies for the organization.
  • Prepare documents and reports with appropriate use of graphics, data tables, etc., and prepares and delivers presentation materials that are clear, graphically sound, and which convey the required message.
  • Identify and maintain key business unit or project materials, metrics and/or documentation at the direction of the project or business unit manager.
  • Coordinate change management activities related to communication and training, including business unit specific outreach.
  • Assists FM team in creating, implementing, managing and documenting key project activities, including but not limited to: project planning, scheduling, budgeting, organizing and/or project research.
  • Participates in Reserve Bank level workgroups to improve business unit operations.
  • Provides efficient and high-quality customer service for all internal and external customer requests.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project support/management experience
  • General knowledge of project management tools, methods and best practices.
  • May require understanding of non-technical project management practices.
  • Strong project and risk management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality with regards to sensitive Bank data and information.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications, Visio, Tableau, SharePoint,

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with DocuSign, Workiva Wdesk, Workday and SAP Ariba
