That's why we offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to collaborate with office colleagues on some days, and work from home on others.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement automation test frameworks including the coding of reusable components and functions
- Integrate test frameworks with STAR's Continuous Integration (CI) workflow
- Drive implementation and maintenance of test automation for cloud services and on-prem applications.
- Defines the development methods, guidelines and standards to be used in test scripts and framework development
- Defines transition steps and strategy from the current to the future test architecture
- Manages a test architecture governance process
- Develop, update and automate test cases and train others on standard methodologies for automated test case design
- Document Test Framework details, test workflows
- Participate in audits of process compliance & report preparation
- Coach and mentor others on test automation and quality engineering methods and techniques
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Computer science, management information systems or comparable technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
