Description Robert Half is partnering with a reputable Criminal Defense firm in Downtown SD - looking for a legal assistant on a contract-to-perm basis! Responsibilities -Various day-to-day administrative duties -Client correspondence

Oversee matter management and record keeping

Facilitate electronic documents and files

Maintain computer database input and retrieval

Bring together documents and assemble data as directed by lawyers and paralegals

Author correspondence and memorandum

Complete word processing, filing and faxing Requirements - Organizing and tracking files for important transactions or case documents, including pleadings and voluminous discovery documents; creating and maintaining a case-management database

-Extremely organized and can take direction well. Is proactive when handling tasks

Administrative Assistance experience required

detail oriented etiquette when communicating with clients via email and phone.
