Legal Assistant

Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a reputable law firm in downtown San Diego looking for a Full-Time Legal Assistant/Paralegal with experience specifically in litigation. The position pays well (80K+ depending on experience), they offer great benefits, and the firm has a family feel to it. The role is a mixture of business litigation, employment litigation, and some transactional work. You will be handling pleadings and discovery, calendaring, document management, efiling, and word processing skills. Given the size of the firm, the role will be a blend on paralegal and administrative duties. The firm really values their relationships with their clients as they know a lot of their clients personally. The firm also prides themselves on work/life balance. They attorneys all have families and they have super manageable work hours. You would only be expected to work 9:00AM-3:30PM daily with no overtime. Requirements

Experience in litigation

Comfortable handling pleadings and discovery

Document Management

E- Filing in CA Courts (State and Federal)

Word processing skills, prooing skills, and be proficient in Word and Outlook.
