- If selected, there might be a background check that includes a drug screen (usually 4-panel-excluding marijuana) and sometimes credit checks for financial clients.

- Support the Infrastructure function and team which is responsible for IT Infrastructure architecture and administration of Windows Server infrastructure, Server Hardware/Software, Virtualization, Active Directory, File Servers, Print Servers, application servers and data center/computer room operations including HVAC, UPS, Fire Suppression and design across many offices, warehouses and manufacturing locations.
- Work with 3rdparty vendors related to the above along with collaborating with specialized infrastructure and networking related service providers.
- Comply with IT Infrastructure processes, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), monitoring and performance reporting.
- Partner with the Digital Technologies Compliance office to ensure that IT Security is operating in a compliant posture and drives continuous process improvement. Develop any necessary IT Security documented processes relating to Infrastructure and Operations.
- Respond to Digital Technologies security incidents including intrusions and manage the response and communications around any such incidents.
- Utilize technology “tools” including: SIEM, Workstation encryption, Ransomware protection, Cyber Hygiene, SCCM/Ivanti, AV/Malware protection.
- Administer system backups and ensure that the business is protected from an interruption in processing that could disrupt business operations.
- Coordinate with the Digital Technologies Senior Architect for all Server, Network and Desktop hardware refreshes insuring a sustainable cycle of deployment.
- Manage lifecycle refresh of Infrastructure operating systems (e.g. Windows Server, Cisco IOS)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 7 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations roles and/or experience.
- Experience with IT Service Management practices, tools, processes, procedures, and standards.
- Excellent knowledge in most aspects of infrastructure, security, operations, data centers, data protection, storage, hyperconverged systems and any other public cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google).
- Good working knowledge of ITIL Process Frameworks. COBIT 5 and/or ITIL Certifications a plus.
- Experience with policies and procedures development and implementation, as well as IT Internal Control development, implementation, monitoring and compliance enforcement.
- Experience with interfacing, managing, or partnering with manufacturing sites, their specialized platforms (e.g. MES, Rockwell Automation, PI Data Historian), and/or manufacturing IT and IoT architecture highly desirable.
- Ability to develop documented processes as needed for infrastructure, security, operations, data centers, data protection, storage, hyperconverged systems, and cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Proven success as a team player.
- Experience in building out Main Data Frame and Intermediate Data Frame computing centers. Familiarity with optimal construction including fault tolerant designs optimized to eliminate or mitigate points of failure.
- Strong communication skills as well as being able to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, SCOM, SIEM, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, AlienVault, firewall management, process automation, Identity and Access Management, Remote Desktop Deployment Services, and system patching.
- Familiarity with End Point Detection/Response (EDR) platform deployments and support across all enterprise hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to follow operational policies, standards and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, MCP, MCTA, MCTS, MCITP, MOUSE a plus
- Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP nice to have
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and utilize a variety of office equipment. Ability to lift and rack MDF and IDF computer room equipment up to 50lbs.
