One of our clients has a brand-new opportunity for a Level 3 Technician to join their team onsite in the Santa Clara, CA area. This Technician will work in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known clients. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring OS on client laptops
  • Migrating client data to new laptop
  • Advanced break / fix support of software / hardware issues for clients
  • Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
  • Processing assets returned from clients leaving the company
  • Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner
This role will have frequent interaction with clients in person and via phone, email, and IM. This Technician will be required to update the client ticketing system and database. The candidate may be tasked to assist with asset inventory audits. This Technician will be required to wear a plain black collared shirt daily to identify as a support technician.Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years technical experience desired
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
  • May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily), Windows 10
  • Technical certifications a plus
