We are a well-established, boat tour and charter company with over 20 years of operation based in the Santa Barbara Harbor. We are seeking licensed, experienced captains to join our team.

Open Positions:

1) 6-Pack Captain

Operating a chartered electric Duffy boat

Private charters only

2) 25-Ton Captain

Operating Lil’ Toot

Public cruises and private charters

Qualifications:

Valid USCG license appropriate for position (6-Pack or 25-Ton)

Proven on-water captain experience

Strong commitment to safety and professionalism

Enjoys working with guests from all over the world

Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
