What You’ll Do

Represent the CA Flat Fee brand at the highest level

Actively recruit, attract, and onboard new agents to the brokerage using your local network, social media presence and any other creative means.

Maintain strong professional relationships with your sphere, local agents, lenders, and community partners to drive growth and brand presence.

Serve as a trusted resource to newly recruited agents, helping guide them through our systems and opening the door for their success.

Collaborate directly with leadership to execute growth initiatives and drive production in our Arcadia HQ and greater LA markets.

Compensation

Monthly base salary (small, consistent).

Percentage of the office split from every agent you recruit, creating a growing, passive income stream as your network expands.

Commission on your personal real estate transactions under our industry-leading flat-fee model.
