Achieve the financial targets that have been set in your compensation plan

Maintain a healthy viable (3X) pipeline to achieve the financial targets that have been set in your compensation plan

Responsiveness and task completion with customers.

Keep Salesforce Opportunities and Contacts up to date and as accurate as possible

Develop and maintain Global AOP’s (Account Opportunity Plan) for Named Accounts

Complete a SMP (successful meeting plans) for all customer facing meetings where you have multiple Siemens executive personnel in attendance

Develop SOE’s (sequence of events) for each opportunity that will close in the current quarter

Coordinate with sales support resources to develop specific opportunity plans for your accounts.

Continually expand your knowledge of the Siemens software portfolio and Siemens’ Digital Thread strategy thru self-initiated training program.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Required education: Bachelor of Science (Preferably in an Engineering field of study)

Required technical experience: At least 2+ years of recent business process experience in either R&D, Quality or Manufacturing.

Required industry experience: At least 3+ years of recent experience with a technical background. Strong preference for Life Science industry.

At least 5+ years of Sales experience (Direct Sales, Presales, Inside Sales, etc). Preferred: Enterprise software sales of R&D, Quality or Mfg software.

Required amount of travel with the position (60%)

Candidate must currently live in the Western region of the United States (West of the Mississippi River)

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
