Are you an experienced Line Cook looking for the great opportunity? Right on the edge of the Northridge area, close to Lake Balboa, we have been operating a family-run business for the past 16 years. With an amazing team backing us up, we are currently in search of seasoned Line Cooks to join us.

We offer a vibrant, high-energy workplace where your responsibilities would include setting up your station, acing your daily prep list, assisting the chef, and working across multiple stations. We value cleanliness and organization in our workspace, and you would be expected to maintain this while exhibiting excellent cooking techniques. Your commitment to adhering to our prep lists, organizing ingredients, following portion guidelines, and upholding a strong rapport with our staff and management will be key to your role.

We appreciate a positive attitude even during high-traffic hours, consistency in food prep, and safe and sanitary work habits. We will also count on you to carry out opening and closing tasks as well as extra cleaning projects as needed.

To excel with us, you must be passionate about food and consistently deliver quality. You should be able to stand or walk for 6-8-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and have 1-3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment. We also require schedule flexibility due to varying shifts, basic math, and critical thinking skills for following prep work and recipe needs.
