Line Cook - The Wise Ox La Costa

The Wise Ox in La Costa, part of the Trust Restaurant Group, is looking to add a Line Cook to our team. We are a full service butcher shop with a lunch line that produces 7 different burgers and sandwiches, all made from scratch. We do everything in house, from sauces to smoking, and require a high level of attention to small details. This is a fast paced environment that succeeds with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and respect. Expect at least 4 shifts a week, with potential for additional shifts down the line. Pay ranges between $18-$20/hr depending on experience, not including the addition of hourly tips. Hours of operation are from 10am-5pm Sunday and Monday, and 10am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday. Shifts typically start between 9am-10am and end between 5:30pm-6:30pm, so no late nights!
