Litigation Paralegal

Description We are currently seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our reputable insurance defense firm in La Jolla, CA, on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and factual investigation.

Coordination and management of case files, evidence, and other documents.

Manage case calendar and meet all deadlines effectively.

Assist attorneys in trial preparation.

Requirements

Requirements:

Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is strongly preferred, but not required.

Proven litigation paralegal experience, ideally in a law firm environment.

Well-versed in discovery processes and trial preparation.
