Litigation Paralegal - Remote

Litigation firm seeks to hire a paralegal to work on a wide range of litigation matters including business disputes, intellectual property, and trust disputes in both state and federal court. Preferable to have experience in all these areas.

Also must be proficient in law and motion research, drafting and responding to motions, drafting complaints, discovery, formatting legal word documents, Westlaw case cites, Adobe, etc.

Pay is $75/hour for at least 20 hours per week with potential for more and permanent position.
