Hi are you seeking a nice place to live? We are seeking a 1 person, FEMALE live-in to reside in a newly built 4-bedroom, 2-bath ADU home in Moorpark, CA, on a large, gated lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood with rear parking. You’ll have a private, IKEA-furnished room with a new mattress and share a bathroom with one other lady. This home supports three adult women (ages 26–31) with developmental challenges who are independent in self-care but benefit from gentle reminders and a consistent overnight presence. It is required that someone sleep in the home every night to ensure safety and routine. Resume required, pls don't email me "I'm interested". LIVE-IN HOURS - Live-in hours that you are required to be in home: from 6pm-9am, Sleep hours. You are free all day to work during the day. No pets, no children, non smoker/vaper, alcohol or drug rehabs need not to apply. female only.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities include sleeping in the home nightly.

Ensuring the ladies are boarded onto their morning transportation to their day programs by 9am.

Be on-time by 6 pm in the home to relieve day staff.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have clearance in background fingerprinting

Must have a TB negative reading

Must have a CPR/1st aid certificate or willing to get one online.

Must take and pass the required mandated 35 hr DSP course that licensing requires (we will cover any costs), can be done online and after move in.

Compensation - The following is part of the compensation, Furnished Ikea w/new mattress, utilities, Internet, Netflix, laundry on site, rear private parking, your food is valued at $1400/mo and you will be paid $1,000/mo. room/board/food +1K/mo.
