Live-in Sober Living Manager for Women’s House

Are you passionate about supporting women on their journey to recovery? We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Sober Living Manager to lead our women’s sober living home.

About the Role:

As the Sober Living Manager, you will oversee daily operations, foster a safe and supportive environment, and guide residents toward lasting sobriety. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented community.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support residents, ensuring house rules and routines are followed

Conduct regular house meetings and maintenance individual check-ins

Drug Test and Breathalyzer clients on a random basis

Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident transitions

Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment. Assign clients chores and make sure they are done daily.

Collaborate with treatment professionals and community resources

Manage documentation, scheduling, and basic house maintenance

Qualifications:

Personal experience in recovery (minimum 2 years sobriety preferred)

Previous experience in sober living or recovery support roles

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to maintain healthy boundaries

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
