We are partnered with a quality restaurant chain that is looking for an LMS Administrator that will develop, build, and maintain all elements of the company's LMS system.

This is Direct hire position with a 3 days onsite and 2 days remote hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Fully understands LMS capabilities with breadth and depth and provides ongoing maintenance of the LMS and all supporting tools, content, and technologies
  • Maintains security roles, user accounts, training assignments, groups, and all system notifications
  • Develops, builds and maintains all elements related to LMS functionality, including but not limited to content integrations and creation, curriculum programs, and LMS structure
  • Provides help resources and training guides including instructional videos, how-to guides, and FAQs related to the usage of the LMS, instructional technology, and documents relevant data about each external learning tool in a central repository
  • Ensures training content is running properly at all times without interruption, quality degradation, and without experiencing any avoidable technical issues that could diminish the overall user experience
  • Collaborates with the Talent Development team to translate Operational rollouts and procedures into compelling and effective training material (video, e-learning courses, etc.)
  • Uses technical writing skills to develop curricula and instructional materials including posters, documentation, manuals, job-aids, quick-reference guides, and other blended learning formats by following course naming guidelines, and content maintenance policies and schedules
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in administering a Learning Management System; Cornerstone LMS experience preferred
  • Previous technical experience developing, deploying and supporting courses (Articulate/Articualte360/Storyline/SCORM Packages) preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as strong PowerPoint and MS Office Word skills; HTML highly desired
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; quickly learn new applications, software and tools
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires you to balance multi projects and perform well under shifting deadlines to execute on schedule
  • Ability to problem-solve in the face of ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task
  • Approachable and solution-oriented when presented with challenges or issues
  • Experience working with team members remotely, using phone, email and online collaboration tools effectively
  • Able to work a flexible schedule as business needs require
  • Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
