Loan Officer Assistant

Part-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday | 20–24 Hours Per Week

$22.00 – $24.00 per hour plus per closed loan bonus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting Loan Officers and Associate Loan Officer by providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring smooth loan processing and file preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Follow up on documentation, address missing information, and prepare files for processing.

Follow-up with prospects and business contacts.

Maintain CRM database.

Set up and maintain loan files, adhering to established time frames.

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and partners.

Perform administrative tasks, assist with marketing initiatives, and manage social media efforts (experience in social media is a plus).

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a Loan Assistant or in a related mortgage role.

Skills:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Proficiency in Word, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook, and Encompass.

o Strong organizational and time management abilities.

License: Current NMLS license is a plus.

Ability to adhere to deadlines and maintain consistent communication.
