Loan Processor

Description: Pre-qualifies borrowers and establishes loan application eligibility. Requests necessary documents from borrowers and prepares verifications. Must show the ability to handle complex files with ease and efficiency. Develops and presents recommendations to underwriter and committee review for approval/denial of loan files. Show the ability to present and back up recommendations in a positive and creative manner, acceptable to lending standards. 40 Loans processing, review file and asking borrow for documentation to support income, clear title or pay offs, present to underwriter, MLS license if they have it. Helox rate (if not then they would just process and collect paperwork)Skills:Customer service oriented, Loans, processing loans, Fha, Mortgage, FNMA, FHLMC, NMLS, Loan processingTop Skills Details:Customer service oriented,Loans,processing loansAdditional Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of four years previous FNMA/FHLMC processing experience. Mortgage loan file processing or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of PMI rules and industry regulations is required. Completion of registration with the NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing Registry) including a satisfactory result from a Federal – Level background check is required. Willing to train on systems for all of them, at least know what a mortgage loan is.
