Local Property Management Company

Local Property Management Company has a full time position available for a Disposition Clerk. Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of on-site experience and is familiar with Yardi or other property management software. Applicant must know Microsoft Excel & Word and Google Workspace. Applicant needs to be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented with good communication skills, both oral and written. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

The applicant will be responsible for the preparation, completion and scanning of all move outs.

Duties Include:

Entering/completing Move out’s in Yardi

Attaching Move out Paperwork & Pictures in Yardi

Completing revisions and attaching documents in Yardi

Scanning completed files

Compensation $21 to $24 per hour based on experience. Benefits included paid Vacation, Health Insurance and 401K.
