Localization Program Manager

The Globalization team supports Square’s purpose of economic empowerment anywhere in the world. Our goal is to create authentic, remarkable and locally relevant experiences for international Sellers. We are looking for a highly motivated program manager to join our team and shape the Square message with maximum local relevance, amplifying our brand and products in key markets around the globe.You Will:Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Drive localization programs for all assets from start to finish by owning planning, prioritization, budget and quality to ensure a remarkable experience for international sellers.Ensure successful localized launches by staying aligned with stakeholders’ goals and priorities to help them unlock results for international markets.Design and implement a robust localization project management framework and continue to evolve it to best address existing and new locales challengesRaise awareness about best practices in localization and internationalization.Establish and/or mature localization processes that address stakeholders’ needs and deliver value to International Sellers.Support designing and documenting localization workflows by working closely with Technical Project Managers and Engineering teams.
