Locksmith Dispatcher/Customer Service

Are you organized, reliable, and good in a fast paced environment? Join our locksmith team as an important link between our customers and our field locksmiths.

Duties:

- Answer incoming calls, enter, and schedule service appointments in our computer program. We will train you.

- Dispatch technicians through our dispatch program.

- Monitor service progress and provide updates to the schedule and customers as needed

- Service customers at the counter by duplicating keys, sell hardware, and safes. We will train you.

- Handle customers inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Monday through Friday
