Title: Korean Bilingual Crisis Counselor (Part-time)

Location: Remote work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking Korean bilingual crisis counselors. This position requires fluency in both English and Korean. As a crisis counselor, you will provide support and guidance to individuals in crisis situations, helping them maintain stability and access necessary services.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Korean and English

No prior counseling experience required

Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and guidance to individuals in crisis situations

Direct individuals to necessary services

Utilize effective counseling techniques and methods to maintain stability

Work Conditions:

Fully remote work

Employees working 20+ hours are eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits

Starting pay is $26 per hour

Paid training is provided

Work Hours: Flexible hours, between 4:30pm - 12:30am, Monday through Sunday.

책임:

위기 상황에서 신청자들에게 상담과 조언 제공

신청자들이 필요로 하는 서비스로 안내

효과적인 상담 기술 및 방법을 사용하여 안정을 유지

근무 조건:

원격 근무 가능합니다.

20시간 이상 근무하는 직원은 건강, 치과, 시력 보장 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.

시작 시급은 26달러입니다.

유급 교육이 제공됩니다.

근무 시간: 유동적인 근무 시간으로, 4:30pm - 12:30am까지 월요일부터 일요일까지 가능합니다.
