Looking for a videographer/Video Editor

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Video Editor to join our team — someone who can produce high-quality, visually engaging video content that resonates with a conservative audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for cinematic storytelling, smooth editing, and the ability to integrate B-roll, AI animations, and visual effects to create dynamic short-form videos — similar in style and energy to our recent shorts on YouTube (The Natural Effect Podcast).

You will work across a variety of video formats, including social media clips, interviews, event coverage, and digital campaigns. Experience with OBS Studio is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Filming / Production

Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video projects that align with conservative viewpoints and messaging.

Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture clean, cinematic footage.

Capture and integrate B-roll footage to enhance storytelling and pacing.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and concepts that connect with our audience.

Video Editing / Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished, compelling final videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Integrate AI-generated animations, motion graphics, and dynamic transitions for engaging short-form content.

Maintain a consistent visual style similar to The Natural Effect Podcast shorts — fast-paced, crisp, and visually captivating.

Balance storytelling, pacing, and tone while ensuring all content reflects conservative values and perspectives.

Content Creation / Management

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other conservative media platforms.

Assist with live stream setups and production using OBS Studio or similar software (experience is a plus).

Stay current with trends in conservative media and short-form content to keep our output modern and competitive.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).

Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and audio capture for both studio and field environments.

Experience creating content that resonates with conservative audiences is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of short-form social media formats and storytelling techniques.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with live streaming and OBS Studio.
