Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Janitor/Cleaner to take care of our businesses/model homes.

Also looking for someone that has experience in pressure washing/window cleaning and carpet cleaning.

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas (example: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning stains, restroom cleaning, etc)

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed

Be reliable and ready to work

Follow all health and safety regulations

Pressure washing / Carpet cleaning

Pressure washing windows, sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc. Carpet cleaning.

Requirements and skills

Experience as a Janitor

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Integrity and ability to work independently

Pass a drug screen

High school degree and Drivers license (Class D) with good record/subject to back ground check

Pressure washer/carpet cleaning

Must have experience with pressure washing and equipment along with carpet cleaning if your applying for the pressure washer/carpet cleaning.

What are the duties and responsibilities of a Janitor?

A Janitor’s duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building/home and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors as needed.
