We are looking for a Kitchen Chef and a Kitchen Helper to join our team at a prestigious Japanese restaurant in Hollywood.

Kitchen Chef Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Chef with experience in Japanese cuisine or a strong willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Must be able to grill Japanese eel (unagi) or have a strong desire to learn quickly.

Ability to work weekends is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Asian cuisine restaurant preferred.

Ability to work well in a team and maintain a professional attitude.

Strong work ethic and commitment to high standards.

Kitchen Helper Position

No prior experience is required, but applicants must be responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.

Compensation

Hourly wage will be based on experience.

Details regarding pay will be discussed upon completion of training.
