Looking for Lead Assembly

We are a small manufacturing company that is based in Placentia called, Alva Manufacturing, and we are currently looking for an experienced assembly worker to help lead our current assembly team.

Skills must include:

- 5 to 10 years of assembly experience

- Must know how to install hardware such as rivets and threading inserts

- Must know how to read and abide by blue prints and are familiar with BAC standards

- Must inspect your own parts

- Must keep a clean work environment

- Be a Team player

- Having good communications skills

- Most importantly, willingness to learn and train
