Looking for litigation attorney and/or litigation paralegal

We are a boutique style law firm looking for a litigation attorney and/or litigation paralegal. Available spots for both. Part-time and full-time available. Attention to detail is a must! We are looking for a long-term committed relationship where we can grow together. If you have the drive and passion, you will do very well here.

Responsibilities:

- Draft/update pleadings

- Draft/update discovery

- Draft/update answers

- Communicate efficiently with clients and opposing counsel

- Communicate efficiently with office staff

- Must meet all deadlines

- Attend hearings

- Attend depositions

- Attend mediations

- Attend client meetings

- Maintain his/her schedule

Qualifications:

- Team player

- Must be able to prioritize

- Must be able to multitask

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Critical thinker/problem solver

- Independent worker

- Self-Starter

- Highly motivated

- Detail Oriented

- Strong writing/proof-reading skills

- Chinese Mandarin (huge plus) since many of our clients are Chinese Mandarin speaking

Minimum of 3 year experience as a litigation attorney. Versatile attorney is a huge plus.
