The work will be challenging, but always rewarding.It’s Work That Matters.Overview Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Luminate Online Info Systems Analyst, under the direction of the Manager, CRM and Enterprise System Delivery, serves as a key resource for the Foundation on the overall management and technical support of email and online giving CRM platform, Luminate Online. The IS Analyst is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying landing pages, donation forms, email campaigns, and online fundraising events. The Analyst will also assist the department manager, project managers, and other technical and Foundation business leads in improving and optimizing Luminate Online processes and helping to drive ongoing feature enhancement. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:• 3-5 years of demonstrated and successful experience with fundraising and marketing within Luminate Online and TeamRaiser (both preferred) • Experience troubleshooting and quality assurance testing web pages, including donation forms and surveys, required• Background with HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript, required• X/UI/DX/DI and development experience, required• SSL/domains/site setup, preferred• Experience working with non-profit fundraising teams, preferred• Experience with Blackbaud CRM, preferred• Knowledge of Google Analytics and PowerBI, preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong project management and organizational skillsEducation/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
