LVN - Home Health (Burbank/SF Valley)

Description:This position will travel to see patients in the Burbank/San Fernando Valley areas.LVN Home Health Providence St Joseph Medical CenterThe Licensed Vocational Nurse provides skilled nursing care within the scope of the LVN/LPN Nurse Practice Act. Provides patient care in the home environment primarily to young, middle, and older adults.Qualifications:Required qualifications:California Licensed Vocational Nurse

Current Basic Life Support certification

Maintain a valid driver’s license with no excessive violations or accidents

Meet the minimum state requirement for auto insurance

Preferred qualifications:1 year of Acute care experience as an LVN

IV & Blood Withdrawal Certification

6 months of experience in home care
