We look forward to hearing from you!What you’ll do day-to-day:Acting as the first point of contact in assisting users with hardware, software, and troubleshooting issuesExecuting onboarding and offboarding tasks, including hardware setups, access management and asset management, and develop process improvementsManaging and troubleshoot site-based networking and WiFi issues, VoIP systems, and video conferencing systemsHelping roll out new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and security updates, and resolve software and hardware-related compatibility problemsWorking with employees to troubleshoot various connectivity and access issuesProvide onsite support to employees working in the office About you:IT support experience in a Mac-dominated environment with increasing responsibilities over timeExperience supporting macOS and iOSPrevious experience with MDM solutions in managing mobile devices and workstationsAbility to administer and troubleshoot VPNs, password managers, two-factor authentication, single sign-on and security protocolsExcellent customer service and troubleshooting abilities in a remote-working environment Bonus points:Experience partnering with Corporate IT/ systems and customer experience teamsScripting and debugging abilities (Bash, Python, Ruby, etc.)Apple Certification (ACIT, ACMT, ACSP, etc.)Windows experienceSurreal sense of humor
