Machine OperatorDescription:These people must be comfortable working with the machines below:LYCO MACHINE ( Hydration machine )

It’s the first stage of the process.

Nose is not too loud.

People rotate every 2 hours.

They will not wear a face mask.

They will pick up 20 kilos bags from pallets and will pour the oats into the conveyor.

The conveyor will bring the oat inside Lyco machines , which will cook and cool the oats, also will separate and peel the root crop.

At the end of the process, there are 2-3 people sitting down and manually filling bags with the already cleaned oats. Someone else will “fold” the bags and will place them in trays (there are 5 trays in each rack)

They process 3 batches every 4 hours.

This machine has a PLC program : the machine will be set up, but they need someone who can read the instructions.

DRIER MACHINE

People rotate every hour.

Feels hot! 80 degree. There is ventilation but they are working on improving the infrastructure.

They will wear a face mask.

Starts with people manually openings the bags and pouring the oats into conveyor belts.

The conveyor will move the oats through the process : it feels hot the environment and could be hard to breath as you are wearing a face mask.

There are people at the end of the machine manually filling a box with a plastic bag of 20 kilos each. These boxes will be placed on pallets.

MILL MACHINE:

They will wear a face mask.

This is a small room. There was only 1 person per milling machine.

This person is sitting and leaning forward at the same time.

The oat is previously loaded with a forklift and the operator in this room will just fill the bags with the finished products. Also this person will need to use a scale and a device to find the humidity levels.

Will fill out paperwork accordingly.
